Key Responsibilities:

• As a Residential HVAC Warranty Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of providing top-notch service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting warranty-related HVAC installations and repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with installed systems.
• Replacing defective parts under warranty to ensure peak system performance.
• Documenting all work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
• Communicating with customers to explain warranty coverage, repair processes, and maintenance recommendations.
• Coordinating with team members to ensure timely resolution of warranty-related tasks.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area—including company vehicles and equipment.
• Adhering to safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman license required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong HVAC expertise and exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• EPA certification required; additional certifications are a plus
• Proven experience with warranty-related HVAC work
• Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to travel to customer sites as needed
