Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric is looking for entry-level Customer Service Representatives to join our growing call center team in Louisville, KY!

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls from customers needing help with plumbing, heating, cooling, or electrical issues
• Listen actively, ask the right questions, and schedule service appointments
• Provide accurate timeframes and updates for service visits
• Collaborate with technicians and fellow team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Represent our company with professionalism and a helpful attitude on every call
• Assist with other administrative and customer support tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong customer service background (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.)
• Clear and friendly verbal communication
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Dependability and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and helpful, even under pressure
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn!

Compensation & Benefits:
